Built in 1911 as Fargo National Bank on the site of the old Citizens National Bank for a reported cost of $50,000 including the land. The building was abandoned in 1972 for a new bank building at Main and Broadway (Current Bank of the West Building). Current research cannot provide what occupied the building before the opening of Fort Noks Bar. In 2015, the Fargo National Building and adjacent lot to the north was sold to Offutt (RDO Equipment Inc.), who said that Fort Noks would still continue to operate.
